Machining Process
Clamp the Steel Bar - Place the steel bar in the centering clamp, aligning its extension with the starting position of the stripping blade. Secure it by pulling the clamping lever.
Strip Ribs - When the required rib stripping length is achieved, the rib stripping knife will automatically open.
Roll Threads - Continue turning the handle to feed the rolling thread process. When the rollers contact the steel bar, apply force to make the spindle rotate one full cycle. Automatic feeding will commence until the threading process is complete, followed by an automatic stop.
Reverse and Reset Press the reverse start for automatic retraction. Turn the feed handle clockwise to return the rolling head to its original position. The rib stripping knife will reset automatically. Unload Processed Steel: Once the machine resets, remove the finished steel reinforcement.
